How do we make our Sourdough Brioche Buns yeast-free? We don’t use commercially bought yeast for our bread. We use organic pears, grapes and other fruits to naturally ferment the dough. While this takes more time for the bread to be made, it’s well worth attaining the old-world flavors that flourish as a result.
